Cost calculator

What does the current way cost you?

Pick who you are and what hurts. Put in your own numbers: hours, people, orders. The result appears straight away, with the source of every number we add. No email needed to see it.

Four short steps. About two minutes.

How we count

Your numbers go in as you enter them. We add an hourly cost from Eurostat and a few effect sizes from published research and our own projects. We count only half of the hours freed in money, take 15% off for risk and assume nothing changes in the first month. We don't count market growth or better decisions in money, even when they are the bigger effect.

Questions

Why don't you show your price?
Because the same request can be a few days of work or a few months. We give a fixed price after the first call and a look at your process, in one email.
Where do your numbers come from?
From you, mostly. We add an hourly cost from Eurostat and a few effect sizes from published research and our own projects. Each one has its source next to it.
Why are the savings so modest?
On purpose. We count half of the hours freed, take 15% off for risk, and assume nothing changes in the first month. If the number still matters, it is worth a call.
Do you store what I enter?
No. The calculation stays in your browser. If you ask for the PDF, we use your email to send it and to reply if you write back.
Can I send this to a colleague?
Yes. Copy the link under the result. It opens the same calculation, and they can change any number.

Your numbers are a starting point.

On a call we go through them with you, find what the calculator can't see, and tell you what we'd build first.
