We don't sell services. We solve the problem you came with.
You don't need to know what the work is called. You know the pain and the result you want. Here is what happens between those two points.
- 01
A 30-minute call.
You walk us through how the work flows today. We ask questions — often the hard ones, because if we don't ask them now, they surface in month two.
- 02
We look before we propose.
The market, the company from the inside, the data you already have. For a switchgear manufacturer we read a 20-sheet price list. For a learning centre we read the whole course. For Knauf Insulation we researched three audiences before touching loyalty mechanics.
- 03
One email.
What we found. What we would build and why. What it costs: a fixed price for the pilot and a fixed estimate for the system. Not a menu.
- 04
A pilot in days.
One pain, one measurable result. If the pilot doesn't prove the point, you stop there and keep what we built.
- 05
The system in weeks.
Built around your process, connected to what you already run, deployed on your server or a European instance that belongs to you.
- 06
We keep it alive.
Fixes when something breaks. Answers when someone has a question. New features when real use shows they're needed. That's what support means here.
What you get
A working system in production.
Not a prototype, not a deck.
Documentation.
What it does, how it's built, how to change it.
Your data, on your infrastructure.
Or on a European instance that belongs to you.
The code, if you want it.
Full handover on request. Most clients prefer that we keep running it — it's simpler.
Who does the work
The same people, start to finish.
The five people you meet on the first call are the ones who research, design and build. Apprentices work alongside them on real projects. When a problem needs a specialist we don't have — a lawyer, an industry engineer, a data scientist — we bring one in and tell you who. Nothing is passed to a production floor you never meet.
Working with large companies
We know how large companies buy.
Procurement forms, security questionnaires, legal review, a steering committee that meets once a month. We've worked inside organisations like that and plan for them from the first week, so the project doesn't stall at the paperwork.
Compliance by design
Where a system uses AI, we classify the risk, log every decision it proposes, document the data it uses and keep a person in charge of the outcome. You receive the technical file with the system. Your legal team gets answers before it asks.
Questions
How fast is "fast"?
Do we need to write a brief?

Do you use AI?
Tell us what's missing.
Thirty minutes. You describe the pain and the result you want. We ask questions. If we can help, you get one email with what we found, what we'd build and what it costs. If we can't, we'll say so.
